I wanted to send a quick note to say a huge Thank You for hosting our Christmas Party. After having our Christmas party at a different venue for nearly the last 10 years in a row, it was a little daunting making a change. However, you made the process very simple, and accommodating from the start. Your prompt responses to any questions, or concerns we had were always appreciated! As for the night of the event, I cannot say enough. We had discussions around the room décor, and upon arrival, everything exceeded expectations. The service provided by your staff was professional, and top notch. And how about that meal!? I always temper my expectations when it comes to these types of meals, as it’s never quite as good as a plated meal. However, this was likely the best meal we’ve ever had at a Christmas party (a sentiment that was echoed by a number of staff members on Monday), so compliments to the chef! We also had to request a couple of last minute changes to couple of things, and there was no delay – just a “let’s make it happen”, which was a refreshing change! I cannot say enough about how well the evening went. You are an obvious professional at your job, and it shows. The Prestige is fortunate to have you running point on their special events. We will be booking our next functions there, and will be sure to recommend you to anyone who asks. Thank you for an amazing evening!

I would like to extend my most sincere thanks, on behalf of the Canadian Tectonics Group of the Geological Association of Canada, to you both for the superb experience our field trip group had at the Prestige Hotel this past weekend.
As a scientist, I hesitate to use the word “perfect”, but that’s what it was – perfect. The rooms were appreciated for their comfort, breakfasts were just what was desired, packed lunched – with name on them! – were excellent, and the dinners were beyond all expectations (this from vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike). Concerning the meals, please extend our sincere appreciation to your Chef. On top of it all, you accommodated our (sometimes very) late arrivals in the evenings, and our early breakfast Sunday, both of which I can imagine required special arrangements.
The interactions and communications we had with you from start to finish were clear and helpful. Perhaps more than anything, from my personal perspective, was how you quickly and positively you bailed us out of a tenuous arrangement with another hotel with only weeks notice. You more or less saved our field trip.
So, thanks so much again to you both. I am positive we’ll be back!

In November 2021 we had our bi-monthly principal/vice-principal meeting at the Prestige Resort in Cranbrook, B.C. Overall, we had a great experience with the staff, the room and especially the food. The day was stress free from the minute we walked in. The room was set up beautifully, clean and spaced out appropriately with Covid protocols in place. Food and refreshments were available for staff as they arrived. Water and coffee was refreshed all day long and the lunch was fantastic. There was a technician on site and he made sure all of our technical requirements were met prior to the start of the meeting. Tracy Thistle was an absolute joy to work with, very hospitable and extremely accommodating with our frequently changing agenda. The service was top notch and I would highly recommend letting them cater your next business event.
Everything was exceptional…. Everyone is raving at how wonderful the food was – definitely the highlight of the evening. On a scale of 1-10 the entire event would definitely be 10.
The staff at the Prestige are extremely prompt, reliable, and courteous. It is evident that they take pride in their jobs and that customer satisfaction is top of mind. In working with the staff prior to the events and during the events, I have confidence that every detail is met with a smile. I appreciate working with the staff on so many events so that they know my name and are willing to help me out, even when it is last minute. I will continue to bring back my events to the Prestige over the other choices of venues in the area.

I am happy to write this review to advise of my experience for a 120 person event I recently held here in October 2017. The food was very good, parking was ample and free, the room was suited well in terms of lighting, and working with the event coordinator at the hotel was an absolute dream. Tracy went above and beyond and made several trips to local shops right down to the day of to ensure I had the staging, risers, and backdrops I required for this event. I host several events each year in various regions for the organization I work for, and Tracy's commitment and service significantly reduced my work/stress load. My husband and I are so happy we chose the Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort to host our wedding reception. Our wedding took place in August 2017 and we were both blown away by the entire experience. We had the pleasure of working with Tracy Thistle who was professional and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Tracy pays close attention to detail and was intuitive of our needs throughout the planning process and during the event. Additionally, Kevin provided outstanding service by ensuring our food was perfect and the bar was tended to. The Prestige is exactly what we were looking for because it was a high-class venue and budget friendly. I cannot say enough good things about the food and service during the reception; our guests were impressed by the food and I felt relaxed because I knew everything was being taken care of. Lastly, my husband and I stayed in the Crystal Rail Car Suite and it was one of the nicest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in; it was perfectly clean and made an incredible back drop for taking photos prior to the ceremony. Thank you to Tracy, Kevin, and the rest of the amazing staff at the Prestige for making our special day go off without a hitch.
