COVID-19 UPDATE

Please note: BC’s Public Health Order now requires masks to be worn in all indoor public spaces by everyone over the age of 12.

In addition, effective September 13, proof of at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccination will be required to gain access to many public events, services, and businesses. By October 24, proof of being fully-vaccinated will be required. This will be in effect for BC residents and anyone visiting from outside the province over the age of 12, and no exceptions are allowed for any reason.

Hotels are deemed an essential service and therefore, guests of Prestige do not need to demonstrate proof of vaccination to stay with us. However, proof of vaccine will required at:

  • All sit-down restaurants, lounges and cafes located in our hotels (indoor and patio dining). Proof of vaccine will not be required for breakfast rooms, ‘grab and go’ facilities, or when getting take-out.
  • Prestige hotel locations with Athletic Centres that accept public memberships (Sooke, Radium, Cranbrook, Salmon Arm). Proof of vaccination will be required by hotel guests and membership holders. All other Prestige locations with fitness rooms will not require proof of vaccination.
  • Meeting rooms hosting events with more than 50 people in attendance.

Proof of vaccination will not be required for use of our pool facilities in any of our properties.

Prestige takes the health and safety of our guests extremely seriously and we will cooperate with the PHO as we are required to do so by law. We ask that you please treat our staff with kindness as they enforce the proof of vaccination orders.

Please also be aware that regional restrictions regarding gathering and dining group sizes may also be in effect in some Prestige communities. Please consult the BC Government’s website prior to arriving.


Partner Program Sign-Up Form

Prestige Hotels and Resorts is very excited to have recently expanded our Prestige Rewards Program. We will now be offering our Rewards Members the ability to earn discounts and special offers at businesses in all of our communities. From recreational experiences to arts and culture, shopping and dining, the new Prestige Rewards Partner Program encourages our members to show their Rewards card at participating businesses to redeem the offer.  

The program launched in January 2019 with a collection of offers.  We're currently accepting applications by local businesses to join our growing program!

To participate in the program, you simply need to commit to offering a discount or special offer to our Rewards members! They will show their Prestige Rewards card when visiting your business, and would automatically receive the special offer.
