The Housekeeping Supervisor is a working housekeeper role who assists the General Manager plan, organize, supervise, and motivate to achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel.
Job Duties:
- Performs guest room housekeeping duties, laundry functions, arrival checks, and cleans public areas and conference areas on a regular basis
- Trains, onboards, and motivates housekeeping and laundry personnel
- Collaborates with maintenance staff
- Assists the General Manager to organize the daily functions and duties of the housekeeping department, including scheduling
- Provides direction and supervision when the General Manager is absent
- Inspects quality of linens and advises the General Manager on purchasing requirements
- Inspects guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality assurance
- Conducts staff meetings in conjunction with General Manager
- Monitors and trains with cleaning products to improve efficiencies
- Maintains and oversees the required process to ensure regular deep cleaning and preventative maintenance
General Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:
- Fluent in the English language (written and verbal)
- Requires ability to select, train, evaluate, motivate, and discipline, as needed

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Actively support front desk and guest services operations to ensure all guests receive a high level of service and a consistently positive experience.
- Engage directly with guests, address concerns, and assist with service recovery in alignment with company standards.
- Model a service-first attitude and support the development of strong guest relations practices across departments.
2. Front Office & Reservations Operations
- Participate in daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out reservations, group blocks, team bookings, tour bookings and billing processes.
- Support oversight of reservations, group bookings, proposals, and revenue-related tasks as directed.
- Maintain a well-organized front desk and back-office environment.
3. Housekeeping & Rooms Division Exposure

7. Safety, Compliance & Operational Standards

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will support in the management functions of the hotel operations. They will provide leadership for all of the hotel employees and the services that they provide. The AGM is expected to maintain a high level of integrity, service and hospitality at all times. In addition, the Assistant General Manager will:
