Office Assistant / Receptionist

The Office Assistant/Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors to the corporate office.  This role performs clerical support ensuring the upkeep of the office; and coordinates supplies for our hotels.  The successful candidate will be energetic, a self-starter, organized and supportive of others.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Monitors supplies for corporate office and the hotels; and orders supplies as required
  • Maintains safe and clean office area
  • Provides clerical support to executive team
  • Coordinates travel schedules, supply requests and company vehicles
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Monitors and sends email correspondence
  • Prepares and maintains organized documentation and correspondence
  • Assists with product/service quote sourcing
  • Picks up purchases as required
  • Performs other duties as required
