Promotion Details:

• This special offer is valid at all Prestige locations for stays between December 15, 2024 and March 31, 2025. Each hotel reserves the right to have black-out dates for the promotion and for the free night stay; these will vary by property. Please visit the "Offers" page of your preferred hotel's website for a list of any black-out dates. 
• Guests must stay two or more consecutive nights to qualify, and pay the Best Available Rate on both nights. The promo is not valid on preferred corporate rates, sports team rates, or any other previously discounted rates or other special promotions Prestige offers such as the Seniors rate, AAA rate, etc. Guests are not allowed to use free night stays certificates (including Prestige Rewards free night stay certificates) on the first two nights. Sorry; no exceptions!
• Guests MUST book directly with the hotel by phone to qualify (no third-party website bookings will qualify), and ask for the "Stay 2, Night 3 is Free" promotional offer. • Your free night can either be the third night of your stay OR you may choose to receive a Free Night Stay voucher to return for a free night (at your choice of any Prestige property!) before April 30, 2025. Redemption is subject to availability at the time of booking, black-out dates may apply and will vary by property; not valid for redemption on any Fri/Sat/Sun of a long weekend. Valid for a standard room only; upgrade for a small fee.  Note: If the nightly rate varies over the three nights, guests will be charged for the two higher nights and the free night will be the the lowest nightly rate. 
• This promotion is exclusively for Prestige Rewards members. Not a member yet? No problem! You can book this promotion anyway, and join the program before you stay!
  • It's free and easy to join in either of the following ways:
    • request a Rewards card from the front desk of any Prestige location during your stay. It's easy to activate and you can start receiving points immediately.
    • submit the form found on this webpage or email us and we will mail you your Rewards card. Please allow approx two weeks for it to arrive in the mail. NOTE: Due to the Canada Post strike, we cannot mail out Rewards cards at this time. Until it's been resolved, we recommend you pick up your card at a Prestige front desk before or during your stay.
