Don’t Miss Our Spring Awakening Retreat in Cranbrook
On Saturday, April 6th, the Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort in Cranbrook will be hosting a Spring Awakening Day Retreat. This event will feature yoga, nutritional detox information, spa treatments, and meditation. If you want to have a fresh start for spring, the Spring Awakening Day Retreat is a great way to cleanse the body and nourish the skin.
The event will take place from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, and costs $100. If you
want to upgrade and add a spa treatment to your retreat, then you can pay an
extra $40.
Here is the schedule for the event:
9:00 am – Registration & Tea
9:30 am – Start your day with Strength and Power Yoga
10:30 am – Juice and Smoothie Break
11:00 am – Nutritional Talk – Spring Cleansing
12:30 pm – Nutritional Lunch
2:00 pm – Mandala Creation and Colouring
2:30 pm – Heart Opening Yoga
3:30 pm – Meditation – Awaken Spring
You can also choose to have a 1 hour Body Wrap and Facial at the following
times: 9:30 am, 11:00 am, 2:00 pm, 3:30 pm, or 5:00 pm.
