Become a member has never been easier!

NOTE: Prestige Rewards points are only valid to guests who book direct with Prestige, either by phoning the hotel directly or making their reservation on PrestigeHotelsandResorts.com website. Guests who book on a third party site are not eligible to receive points.

We reserve the right to limit or restrict the allocation of Rewards points for long-term stays. Guests can earn Rewards points for up to 30 consecutive nights. Stays longer than 30 nights may not be eligible for points.

Points may also be limited or restricted for reservations made at deeply discounted rates; this includes crews and other groups with deeply negotiated rates. It’s at Prestige’s discretion whether to allow points or not.

Additionally, individuals or corporations can earn points for a maximum of 5 guestrooms per night. If a corporation collects points for rooms they are paying for on behalf of employees, the individual employees are not eligible to receive points for those same rooms.

Prestige Rewards points may be issued retroactively for qualifying stays within 30 days of check-out. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure their account information is accurate and to verify their points balance following each stay. Members are responsible for ensuring their reservation is made under the email address associated with their Prestige Rewards account in order to receive points. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of points for that stay.

In accordance with the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and with the member’s permission, Prestige Hotels & Resorts will occasionally send communication with information that may include, but is not limited to, promotions, special offers, and other appropriate news and updates.
