Concierge Services – Contact Guest Services by dialing 0 on your room phone or visiting the front desk to inquire about local attractions, tours and dining recommendations.
Business Centre – Standing kiosk located near the front desk.
Ice – Located on the second floor. Packed ice is available upon request at the front desk.
In-Room Coffee Machines – Located in the dresser unit. Please allow several minutes for the machine to reheat between cups brewed.
Soft Drink Vending Machines – Located on the main floor near the entrance to the new wing of the hotel.
Snack Vending Machine – Snacks and soft drinks are available in the gym area on the lower ground floor.
Play Pens & Cots – Available upon request at the front desk. Limited quantities and subject to availability. Fees may apply.
Dry Cleaning/Laundry Services – Please dial 0 to speak with Guest Services for more information on same-day pick-up and delivery.
Security – The Lodge is patrolled regularly and features a video surveillance system. However, we recommend that you make full use of the viewer in the door and double lock your guestroom before retiring. Please secure your room and avoid leaving valuables in your vehicle.
Swimming Pool – Our indoor swimming pool and hot tub are located on the ground level. For your safety, please observe posted regulations. The swimming pool area is unsupervised. Children under 7 years must be supervised within arm’s reach at all times by a responsible person of at least 16 years old. Pool towels are available by the pool area. The pool is open from 8 am – 11 pm daily.

Frequently Asked Questions
- When is checkout time?
Checkout is at 11 AM. Contact Guest Services by 10 AM if you wish to stay an additional night or extend your checkout time. All checkouts after 11 AM are subject to an additional charge.
- What if I wish to have privacy during my stay?
While we are pleased to accommodate your request for privacy during your stay, for your safety and comfort, it is our policy to check each guestroom once every 24 hours. Should you wish to have privacy, please hang your privacy sign and contact Guest Services to inform us of a more convenient time to service your room.
- Can I digitally tip housekeeping?
Not at this time. Cash tips are appreciated and welcomed.
- Can I have visitors in my room?
In the interest of all registered guests, parties are not permitted in guestrooms, and maximum room capacities must be followed at all times (max of two adults for every one bed in the guest room). Non-registered guests are not permitted in guestrooms after 10 pm.
- Is there free WiFi?
Complimentary standard internet access is available in each guestroom. For assistance from our front desk team, please call 0. (If you experience technical difficulty at any time with the wireless connection, please call the 24-hour hotline at 1-888-865-6364)
- Is my room non-smoking?
We are pleased to provide a smoke-free environment. A minimum $300 per incident cleaning fee will be applied to your account for smoking in your guestroom(s), guest balcony(s), anywhere inside the building, or in contravention of the BC Tobacco Control Act – Section 2.3 (1)b which specifies that a person cannot hold lighted tobacco or be smoking tobacco or other substances (cannabis, vapes, or other inhalants) within 6 meters of a doorway, window, or intake vent. The fee will be used to restore the room to the original quality level.
- Does my room have a smoke or CO detector?
Yes, your room is equipped with alarms for smoke and carbon monoxide. Should either alarm sound, evacuate your room immediately. Please review the safety card in the top drawer of the bedside table or by clicking the link below.
- Does the Prestige Prince George Lodge allow dogs?
For guests with furry friends, we have a limited number of designated dog-friendly guestrooms. A fee of $30 per night applies; ask us about long-term stay fees. A maximum of two dogs weighing less than 80 lbs (per dog) are permitted in each designated dog-friendly room. Guests allowing dogs or any other pets in a non-designated room will be charged a fee and asked to remove the pet from the guestroom. Disposable plastic bags and dog beds are available upon request.
