Full Contest Rules for Grand Prize Draw 

GENERAL
The JoeAnna’s House Getaway (the “Contest”) is run by Prestige Hotels and Resorts (the “Sponsor”).

CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest opens December 1, 2025 at 9:00AM PST and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59PM PST

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must:
• Be a legal resident of Canada; and
• Be over the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

PRIZES
There is one grand prize available to be won:

• 3-night stay in an oceanview room at the Prestige Oceanfront Resort Sooke
• $200 dining credit for their choice of any on-site dining option
• $200 spa credit for the resort’s on-site Coastal Tides Day Spa
• 2 round-trip flights with Pacific Coastal Airlines, from any destination that flies directly to/from Victoria (Kelowna, Prince George or Vancouver)
• 4-day car rental courtesy of Budget Rent A Car

There are three smaller prizes to be won:

• 2-night stay at the recipient’s choice of any Prestige Hotels and Resorts property in BC

General Conditions:
1. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash.
2. All costs not specifically covered in the Prize description are the responsibility of the winner.
By accepting the Prize, winners waive all recourse against the Sponsor and other Contest Group members if the Prize is deemed unsatisfactory in any way.

3. One finalist from each of the 19 Prestige Hotels and Resorts properties, as well as one finalist from the online entries will qualify for the random draw to be made on January 10, 2026 (a total of 20 finalists). Odds of winning depends on the total number of donations and online entries received.

HOW TO ENTER
Participants can enter the Contest through the following methods:
1. Donation-Based Entry:
Make a donation to JoeAnna’s House by purchasing a paper ornament at any Prestige property in BC during the month of December 2025 and receive one (1) Contest entry. Guests are allowed and encouraged to make a donation at as many Prestige locations as possible to increase their chances of winning.

2. Online Entry (No Donation Required):
Complete the entry form and questions on this webpage and submit it between December 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.  One (1) Contest entry is awarded per valid form. Limit one entry per email address.

RELEASE
The confirmed winners must sign a Release form to confirm:
1. Eligibility for the Contest and compliance with these rules.
2. Acceptance of the Prize as awarded.
Winners also grant the Sponsor permission to use their name for promotional purposes without further compensation.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:

• Grand prize hotel stay is valid for an oceanview guestroom with one or two beds at the Prestige Oceanfront Resort Sooke. Must be used prior to December 31, 2026. No extensions allowed.
• Travel dates are subject to General Manager’s approval. Valid from Jan 10, 2026 – Dec 31, 2026. Not valid for any long weekend. Black-out dates apply.
• $200 dining and $200 spa credits must be used at the on-site restaurant(s) or spa at the Prestige Oceanfront Resort Sooke during the guest stay.
• Flights are for two (2) persons, round-trip, from anywhere that Pacific Coastal Airlines flies into/out of Victoria, BC only 9eliginle destination airports are Kelowna, Prince George or Vancouver). Two flights must be booked together on the same flight otherwise one person’s flights will become void. Round trip cannot be split into two one-way flights. Flights are subject to availability on the date requested; black-out dates will apply. Further restrictions or terms and conditions may apply and will be provided to the winner once selected.
• Rental car is for four (4) days and must be used out of the Victoria, BC rental office located at the Victoria International Airport. The winner will be responsible for fuel, optional insurance, products and any extra days over 4 days. All rental qualifications will apply including renter must have a valid credit card. Rental is subject to availability on the date requested.
• The prize is non-transferable and is not valid for re-sale and has no cash value.
• For the three prizes of a 2-night stay at any Prestige Hotels and Resorts property, three winners will be selected at random, from the list of 21 finalists, prior to the Grand Prize winner being selected from the 18 remaining entries.
