ABOUT THE DESTINATION

Enjoy getting away from the hustle and bustle of city life with a visit to Radium Hot Springs. A small, charming village known as the gateway to Kootenay National Park, Radium’s residents are friendly and take pride in their community.

Recognized mostly because of the world-renowned Radium Hot Springs Mineral Pools, the village has an abundance of outdoor activities and wildlife. Be prepared to see herds of bighorn sheep walking through the streets. The area has one of the world’s most significant unspoiled wetlands that provides a home for birds, otters, turtles, and even grizzly and black bears.

From championship golf, whitewater rafting, to horseback riding, explore this hidden gem in the Kootenay-Rockies region.
