We are looking for an awesome night owl! Join us at the Prestige Treasure Cove Resort as a Permanent, Full-time Night Auditor.

The Night Auditor is a key member of our Guest Services Team. They will serve as first point of contact assisting with all aspects of guest service, responsible for the overnight operations of the resort, from 11pm to 7am and will be verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, balancing charges and revenues.

General Labourer

Prestige Oceanview Hotel Prince Rupert


Looking for extra hours? Not afraid of hard work? This is the job for you.

The Prestige Oceanview Hotel Prince Rupert is looking for short term labourers to assist with the completion of renovations.

This is a temporary position.

Duties:

  • Perform heavy lifting (i.e., move heavy furniture, remove scrap, and debris)
  • Perform clean up of site and rooms
  • Assist with hotel room repairs and hotel renovation tasks
  • Maintain positive communication with the hotel Project Manager to ensure that tasks are completed
  • Ensure friendly professional interactions with hotel guests
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Prior construction, renovation, or skilled trades experience is considered an asset
  • Must be able to lift medium to heavy loads weighing up to 22.7 kg (50 lb)
  • BC Driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Positive Team Player Attitude

Compensation:

  • Wage based on ability and experience ($18 - $20 per hour)

Prestige Kamloops Hotel and the Prestige Aberdeen Lodge Kamloops are hiring a Maintenance Attendant to maintain and fix amenities of guest rooms and common spaces of both hotel properties. The Prestige Aberdeen Lodge Kamloops is a new addition to the Prestige Hotels & Resorts family!

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a flexible schedule dependent on abilities.

Duties:

  • Maintain and improve upon hotel guest rooms and additional public areas by performing routine maintenance jobs and repairs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve pool and hot tub mechanical issues
  • Perform hotel room repair activities. (i.e., handrails, walls, doors, flooring.)
  • Perform heavy lifting (i.e., move heavy furniture, remove scrap and debris)
  • Perform painting, snow removal, and light landscaping
  • Maintain positive communication with the hotel General Manager to ensure that tasks are completed
  • Ensure friendly professional interactions with hotel guests
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Prior maintenance or trades experience
  • 2 years experience in a maintenance role considered an asset
  • A background in electrical and/or plumbing is an asset
  • Must be able to lift medium to heavy loads weighing up to 22.7 kg (50 lb)
  • Previous painting experience
  • BC Driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Compensation:

  • Wage based on ability and experience (starting at $22 - 25 per hour)
