The Prestige Harbourfront Resort is the ideal location for a business conference, meeting, seminar, banquet or retreat. We use the Prestige for most of our events, in large part because the staff is so knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and understanding.
In particular, Crystal Luttmerding has gone above and beyond the call of duty many times to assist us and guide us with events both large and small. She is on top of every detail and makes our job much easier. Crystal’s response time to requests for meeting space and catering is exceptional. She often has useful suggestions to help us with our various events, whether they are Board Meetings, educational sessions for the family physicians or larger community events. Nothing slips through the cracks when Crystal is on the job! She is a pleasure to deal with.
Jeannette has also been a wonderful resource and is able to effortlessly produce whatever we need to run an efficient, effective meeting. If things do go slightly sideways she is always right there to quickly and discreetly put everything right. She always has a smile and no matter how many events are happening at the same time, she is on-the-spot to get us whatever we need. I’m not sure how she does it but it’s very impressive.
Although Crystal and Jeannette are the two people we have the most contact with, all the staff has been great. I occasionally have to ask the front desk staff for assistance as most of our events are held after hours and they have always been very accommodating.
All in all, you should be very proud of your team. We plan to enjoy a long and mutually beneficial relationship with your organization, in large part because of the connection we have formed with your staff.
