Our Athletic Centre is more than just a typical hotel gym. With a variety of cardio machines, strength training equipment, and free weights, it is designed to support all levels of fitness. Whether you are keeping up your routine while traveling or starting something new, the inspiring views of Shuswap Lake through large windows help make every workout feel refreshing.

We are very pleased to say that the Prestige Athletic Centre in Salmon Arm is open for hotel guests and local residents.

Daily gym hours are: Open 24 hours a day

Pool will be open from 7am – 11pm

Note: This is an adults-only gym; must be 19 or older.
