Pool & Hot Tub

Our indoor pool & hot tub are open from 7am to 10pm. We are pleased to provide guests with pool towels which are located by the pool entrance. For your convenience, bathrooms and showers are located in the pool area. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty, so guests 16 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult. 

Fitness Room

Our fitness room is open from 7am to 10pm. Guests must be 19 years or older. We are happy to offer you the use of mats, free weights, workout benches, 2 ellipticals, a treadmill and a bike! 

Business Centre

A computer and printer are available for guest use. Photocopies and faxing are available at the front desk. Fees may apply.

Seasonal Sport Equipment and Board Games

We have a variety of sporting equipment available to guests for free. There are volleyballs, basketballs, footballs, tennis rackets and balls, sand pails, and beach mats available. Items vary by property. Please inquire with front desk staff to inquire about what is available at this hotel. 

We're also pleased to offer a selection of board games for guest use. Ask us at the front desk and we would be pleased to lend you a game for some friendly competition with your family or group. 

Prestige Junior Adventurers Activity Booklet

Have a little one along for the trip?  Be sure to pick-up a Prestige Junior Adventurers Activity Booklet at the front desk! Comes complete with crayons and a piece of candy. 

Valet Dry Cleaning

Valet dry cleaning services available off property. Leave your items with the front desk by 9am for same day service. Additional fees apply.

Lakeside Eco-Sports E-Bike Rentals *summer and fall season only

Rent an e-bike right at the Prestige Beach House Kelowna! Lakeside Eco-Sports will be operating directly across from the hotel main entrance from 9 a.m - 6 p.m all summer.

The e-bikes come pre-populated with tour guides around Kelowna, which can be downloaded on an app. You can learn more about their services here.
