Remember the Rubberhead Enduro? Well, the Enduro’s younger sibling is rolling into town… The Huck N’ Berries Bike Jam hits Rossland this coming September 6th. This year, the freestyle event is also part of the Freeride Mountain Bike World Tour.
The Huck N’ Berries Bike Jam is open to youth, with the categories broken into age and ability. There are two groups for11 and under (entrance fee is $35), and two groups for 12 and up (entrance fee is $45). The event is judged and prizes will be awarded, making it a great opportunity for youth to take in the competitive experience.
If you’d like to register, you can do so by visiting Rossland’s Revolution Bike Shop on Columbia Avenue. If you’re making a last-minute trip to Rossland and didn’t register early, that’s ok too; you can also sign-up on the day of the event.
In addition to the biking action, there is also going to be a BBQ, beer gardens, and an awesome atmosphere that celebrates mountain biking fun and culture!
